Supplements 

There are three supplements which you can consume 

Whey Protein: 

so protein is basically a saturated form of milk when we extract curd from milk and the water left in it are known as whey. when the whey is stored in powder form and we add some flavors in it then it is called whey protein. so this is safe there is no side effects of using whey. it is completely made from of milk so it is safe to use for everyone.

Creatine:

so creatine is natural supplement even your body make 2-3 grams of creatine everyday. what it dose is it pulls water in your cells of muscle which gives you more strength and your muscle will started look fuller. you can take 3-5 grams of creatine everyday which will give you good results.

Pre-workout:

so pre-workout contains caffeine which gives extra push or it will increase focus basically it will give a extra boost which will help you in workout. for example if you are feeling sleepy or you are hungry then it will help you to increase your performance. and beside that there are no supplements which is nessercery
