Best Gym Workout Routine For Beginners

so for beginners there is no need to have high volume if they will train less they can still gain muscle so here is a good workout routine you can follow to achive your fitness goals 

Day 1 - Chest Shoulders 

here you can choose 3-4 exercises of chest of yours choice and 2 exercise to train your side and front delt(shoulders) here you will do 5-6 exercise of your choice not more than that otherwise you you will face some issues in recovery my suggested exercises would be 
1. Incline dumbbell press 
2. Flat bench/dumbbell press
3. Pec deck flies
4. Dumbbell Shoulders Press
5.Cable Side Raises



 Day-2 Back 

here you have to do 5-6 exercises in day 2 3-4 will be back and another 2 would be rear delt and traps 
my suggested exercise would be 
lat pull downs 
chest supported t-bar rows
pull overs
dumbbell rows
barbell shrugs
face pull

Day-3 Arms

here you only need to do 4 exercise 2 for bicep and 2 for triceps and not more than that you can choose according to you but my remcommendations would be 
barbell curl/dumbbell curl
hammer curl
pully pushdown
skull crusher

Day-4 Legs

so legs is a big muscel group you have to add volume to grow them here you have to do atleast 5-6 exercise to train them properly my recommendations would be 
squats
leg extentions
lunges
leg curl
RDL
calves raises
